Raised blood pressure: how to lower it structurally?


In order to supply our organs with oxygen and nutrients, the heart pumps the blood through our body on average 70 beats every minute. When the heart muscle contracts, blood is pressed against the vascular walls. This pressure is called systolic pressure. When the heart relaxes, pressure against the vascular walls is measured as diastolic pressure. Limits considered still to be healthy by medical science are a diastolic pressure of 90 and a systolic pressure of 140. The upper limit for people aged sixty and over can, if they are otherwise healthy, be 160 before proceeding with treatment.

High blood pressure usually occurs with ageing and is caused in 95% of cases by acidification of the body. But what does acidification of the body actually mean and how does it lead to high blood pressure? And is there a way to lower the blood pressure again structurally, without medication?



The development of acidification

The foods that we eat, together with oxygen, are burned in our cells to produce energy. After combustion, they become acid-forming waste, which the cells pass into the bloodstream. Our body works hard to get rid of this acid-forming waste via the intestines and/or urinary passages and /or the skin by sweating.

In order to stay healthy, our blood and our cells should always remain slightly alkaline or basic. Even though the body has come up with a clever trick to convert the acid-forming waste that is left behind to a solid waste and tries to eliminate this via the intestines, we can unfortunately not get rid of all the acid-forming waste that we produce in this way. What remains, is stored somewhere in our body. When this eventually gets too much, our healthy cells could become diseased and, eventually, could even die off.

The accumulation of this non-disposed waste is called the process of acidification or ageing!

Some examples of solidified acid-forming waste are cholesterol, fatty acid, uric acid, kidney stones, urates, sulphates and phosphates. Cholesterol and fatty acids are, amongst other things, the result of eating too much pasta and bread (carbohydrates) and not enough exercise. Uric acid and ammonia are produced, amongst other things, by the consumption of (a lot of) meat (dead animal protein). Phosphoric acid is produced, amongst other things, by eating cereals, such as rice, and by drinking (carbonated) drinks, such as Coca Cola.

For the body, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and uric acid are all toxic acids. In order to neutralize them to non-toxic, there is a necessity for alkaline or basic salts, such as sodium bicarbonate.

As a result of the lack of bicarbonates in our blood, the body robs, for example, calcium from our joints and bones in order to be able to convert these acidic toxins to non-toxic salts, such as ~sulphates, ~phosphates, ~urates etc. This could lead to the development of, for example, rheumatism and/or arthrosis and/or osteoporosis.



Acidification results in "thick" blood

One of the main problems of acidic waste is the fact that an acidic environment slightly changes the blood composition. The blood will increasingly contain more waste, making it too "thick". If blood is too thick, it can clog up the capillaries. That is why doctors prescribe diluents for many adults with this condition. The blood is kept artificially thin. Unfortunately, diluents do not solve the problem of acidification and this medication can have all kinds of side-effects.

Depending where the body stores this acidic waste, blood circulation will become less efficient in that place, which could result in some vital organ no longer being able to receive sufficient oxygen and nutrients via the blood. So the heart must pump harder to supply vital organs with sufficient oxygen. Because of this, the blood pressure rises structurally!

When we exercise (play sport), our blood pressure can become high at certain times. If one or more of the floating acidic particles is displaced by the raised blood pressure and then clog up a capillary that leads to a vital part of the brain, a person might get a stroke. That is why so many of reported strokes happened during sports activities.

How can we dissolve acidic waste?

So, in order to lower the blood pressure structurally, it is necessary to get rid of the accumulated acid waste from the blood. By dissolving acidic waste, the blood will become cleaner again and its composition thinner. As a result, the heart has to pump less hard to get oxygen to the organs.

Acidic waste in a healthy body is neutralized by the body's own substance; sodium bicarbonate. Sodium bicarbonate is a base and regulates the acid-base balance in the blood. A shortage of it leads to acidification of the body. As we age, sodium bicarbonate levels in our blood decrease, as a result of which acidic waste can no longer be dissolved adequately. However, drinking alkaline water (water with a high pH) induces the body to produce sodium bicarbonate again, which in turn gradually dissolves acidic waste in the blood and body.

Therefore, drinking alkaline water is a very effective and safe way to get the body and the blood, in time, cleaner again. Through this method, the blood pressure will come down again structurally, in the body's own way. By drinking 5 glasses of alkaline water every day, this could take effect after just a few months.


An alkaline substance dissolves an acid substance!

The fact that a base (sodium bicarbonate) neutralizes an acid (uric acid, cholesterol acid etc.) is a natural (chemical) phenomenon which does not require a "double-blind test", unlike medicines.

For instance, when we touch chicken or fatty meat, our hands become somewhat sticky. Washing away the fat from our hands with normal water does not work, unless we use soap. Soap makes the fat dissolvable which makes it easier to clean our hands. Fat is an acid, soap is a base and they neutralize each other.

Strictly medically speaking, alkaline water has no medicinal and/or nutritional value to cure disorders. All that it does is neutralize acidic waste in the body and make it dissolvable in bodily fluid so it can be removed.

A long and healthy life

So in order to have a long and healthy life, we must always ensure that acidic waste is removed from our body. The best and easiest way to make this solid waste dissolvable and then liquid is by neutralizing it with alkaline water.

By eliminating acidic waste particles in the blood we can avoid conditions such as high blood pressure, which could pose a risk of sudden illness (or worse!).

The Americans and Europeans are doing this (for now) the difficult way via diet, exercise and medicines. The Japanese are doing it the easy way, by drinking alkaline/basic water. Nonsense?
