Quick Overview

Measure the pH of your body. The pH strips are certified to test the acidity of the human body. By regularly measuring the pH of your body, you can follow the progression of your deacidification and after that monitor your acid-alkaline balance.



Instructions for use:

- For measurement with urine: dip a pH strip approximately 15 seconds in the morning urine. It is important to measure as soon as possible, since the acidity of the urine can be influenced by the reaction with carbon dioxide (CO2) from the air.

- For measurement with saliva: Make sure you haven't eaten or drunk (no water) for at least 1.5 hours prior to the test. Thoroughly swallow the mouth and tongue dry. Then produce some saliva on the tongue and place the strip with the color planes down on the tongue. The most accurate measurement you will get when your body has an empty stomach.

After the test you can compare the colors of the strip with the color map printed on the the box of the PH strips.

pH between 6.5 and 7.3 = healthy
pH between 6.0 and 6.5 = diseases can be developed
pH between 4.5 and 6.0 = diseases may be present
